If something coming from ShadowShells is causing you a problem — a bot flooding a channel, a bouncer evading a ban, spam, an attack, anything on the acceptable use policy — tell us here. It reaches the same people as abuse@shadowsquad.org and lands in a queue that gets worked rather than an inbox that gets full.

You do not need an account, and you do not have to leave an email address. Leaving one means we can tell you what happened; not leaving one is fine and the report still gets read.

What happens next

• Staff read it, work out which account it concerns, and check the logs and the account's history.
• The usual outcome for a first, minor incident is a word with the account holder. For anything deliberate or repeated it is suspension, and for the serious end, termination — the AUP sets that out.
• If you left an email address you get told what happened. If you did not, you will not hear back, but the report was still read.

If it is urgent

An attack in progress is more urgent than a queue. Staff are on IRC, and that is the fastest route — see contact. This form is the right place for everything that is not on fire right now.
