Two-factor authentication is now available for all accounts. It is required for staff accounts as of today. Enable it from the security section of the dashboard.

Added a staff control panel: user management, a port overview across all accounts, and an audit log. No functional change for regular users.

Incoming ports are now assigned automatically by the system instead of by hand. The firewall is default-deny; a port only opens once it's allocated through the Ports section of the dashboard.
