What we log

The following information is logged and retained:

• Connection times and source IP addresses for all SSH shell sessions
• Connection times and source IP addresses for all web hosting access
• An audit trail of all account and administrative actions (account creation, plan changes, password resets, etc.)

Logs are kept for operational and security purposes.

What we do not log

The following information is explicitly not logged:

• Shell command history or command output
• File contents or file system activity
• Email contents or mail server logs

What you do in your account is your own business. We do not monitor or record your commands, files, or communications.

Data retention

Logs and data are retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is retained in backups for a grace period before being purged from all storage systems.

Who can access your data

Only staff members with documented administrative roles may access your data, and only for a stated and audited reason. Every access to another user's data is logged and reviewed.

Your data is never sold, shared, or provided to third parties without your explicit consent and a lawful order.
